Project Pan 2020 Intro

Happy New Year!

I can’t believe it’s 2020 already, but this year I thought I would start my first Project Pan.

The idea of this project is to use up or ‘hit pan’ on certain makeup products in my collection.

This year I thought I would start working on some products that I’ve had in my collection for a while and needs using up.

I will make this a rolling pan- so as I use up products I will ‘roll in’ a replacement until the end of the year.

Here are is 2020 line up:

  • Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bon Palette

My goal for this palette is to hit pan in every shade.

I’ve had this palette for quite a while and think it’s time I get it used.

I’ve already made significant progress in Almond Truffle, Cashew Chew, Cotton Candy and Divinity; and have deep dips in Cafe Au Lait, Satin Sheets and Molasses Chip, but I would like to start using the shades I haven’t touched much.

  • Virgin Cosmetics Golden Eye Colour Sensation Palette

This is another palette I’ve had for aaaages.

My goal for this palette is to use it up.

I’ve got big pans in most of the shades and the other shades I have dips in, so I think I’ll be able to use it up within a year.

  • Sleek Face Contour Palette

I would like to hit pan on the blush and the highlighter in this palette.

The contour I use everyday so I’m not going to include this in the project, but will probably use it up by the end of the year anyway.

  • Nyx Photo Loving Primer Anti-Redness
  • Bare Minerals Prime Time Original Foundation Primer
  • The Body Shop Vitamin C Skin Reviver Instant Smoother

These primers I’ve had for a while and want to finish them before I get anymore.

I’m starting with the Nyx one as it’s nearly finished; then I will move onto the next one.

It’s hard for me to see through the bottles so I may find it difficult to keep track of my progress but I will try!

  • Soap and Glory Hocus Focus Instant Visual Flaw-Softening Illuminator

Again, I would like to finish this product as I haven’t got much use of it yet.

  • Nivea BB Cream
  • Nyx Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Full Coverage Foundation
  • Bare Minerals Bare Pro Performance Wear Liquid Foundation

None of these foundations are exactly my shades, but I want to use them up instead of throwing them away.

The Nyx I will try to use as a highlighter; the Nivea as a contour; and the Bare Minerals I will probably use on nights out and try mixing things together!

I will post montly updates of my progress.

Let me know if you’re taking part in Project Pan this year!
