Perfect Hot Chocolate, Every Time

Make the perfect hot chocolate every time with these simple steps!

Ideal for those cosy winter evenings.

It can be made with milk or milk alternative.

I aways use oat milk, but it’s up to your personal taste!

  1. Add 3 large, heaped teaspoons of hot chocolate powder into your chosen cup.
  2. Splash in a little milk in order to mix the powder into a thick paste. Make sure all the dry powder is incorporated, otherwise you will get lumps.
  3. Slowly add the hot water, stirring as you do so.
  4. Top up with a little more milk, and add whipped cream and marshmallows if using. (I love dunking a biscoff in.)
  5. Enjoy!
