Make the perfect hot chocolate every time with these simple steps!
Ideal for those cosy winter evenings.
It can be made with milk or milk alternative.
I aways use oat milk, but it’s up to your personal taste!
- Add 3 large, heaped teaspoons of hot chocolate powder into your chosen cup.
- Splash in a little milk in order to mix the powder into a thick paste. Make sure all the dry powder is incorporated, otherwise you will get lumps.
- Slowly add the hot water, stirring as you do so.
- Top up with a little more milk, and add whipped cream and marshmallows if using. (I love dunking a biscoff in.)
