Friday Favourites

I haven’t done one of these in a while so I thought I’d revisit this post and show you what I’ve been loving this week:

1. Pvris Hallucinations EP

This album has been on repeat for me all week.

It’s the perfect album to chill out to as Pvris (pronounced Paris) have move away from their original ‘soft rock’ sound and turn towards a new haunting, synth-pop style.

It’s different, but it still sounds amazing.

2. Shane Dawson x Jeffree Star conspiracy Collection

I’ve haven’t used any of my other eye shadow palettes since I got this one…

As I said in my 3 Looks 1 Palette post, this collection has really made me experiment with colour so much more than I ever thought I would, and I’ve loved every look I’ve done!

3. Charity Shop Boots

I picked these up from my local Marie Curie charity shop for only £3 and I love them!

They’re orginally only from Primark but they’re super comfy and add a certain edge to my outfits.

4. Brunch

Recently, I went to a cafe called the Unity Grill in local town of Ayr- a social restaurant using 100% of the profits to challenge food poverty and hunger- and had the most amazing full vegan breakfast.

Since then, I’ve been a little obsessed with all things breakfast food…

5. Making Candles

The Spruce Jar is my new candle company that I want to start, selling homemade soy candles made from old glass jars and eco-friendly materials.

This week I started playing with jar decorating and wax melting, and learning how to make the best candles I can make.

It’s been a fun- sometimes frustrating experience– but one that I’ve loved every second of and I can’t wait to be able to share my creations with the world!
